Coming from KY to MO towing a skid steer and my trailer wheel came loose and flew off ruining my hub in the process. Called steve and I was instantly a priority. Steve went and picked up all parts needed and arrived in a timely manner and had me back on the road. He was fast, friendly and very polite. 10/10 100% recommend these people to anyone. Can’t say enough. Thank you!
Never in my life have I left a review but I feel the remarkable service, help, and courtesy I received needs to be noted! The quality of service along with the urgency to help me get to destination while traveling is something I have never experienced and is appreciated greatly. Highly recommend!!!
I would give 10 stars if I could. I was heading from IN to St. Louis for a wedding weekend when I broke a belt in my tire. Being on the verge of blowout, I couldn’t believe my luck that I was 10 miles from this shop. I called Steve at 730pm and he had someone there in 15 minutes! He replaced the tire for a VERY reasonable price and had me back on the road quickly. These guys are amazing and saved me in a tough situation. Give them all your business!
Logan and the other gentlemen were the nicest, most helpful people. After helping with a jack for replacing my tire, my spare was low on air and Logan followed us to the next exit and waited till we were done airing up the spare before leaving.
Thank you for showing up! Traveling, ran out of gas after 11pm, and stranded at a closed gas station. Although a Good Samaritan helped us shortly before your arrival, we truly appreciate how fast you got to us. When I called to cancel the service, you were already pulling up, ready to assist.
