Thank you for showing up! Traveling, ran out of gas after 11pm, and stranded at a closed gas station. Although a Good Samaritan helped us shortly before your arrival, we truly appreciate how fast you got to us. When I called to cancel the service, you were already pulling up, ready to assist. Absolute salt of the earth wonderful people. My fiancé and I busted a tire on a pothole while traveling through Carbondale and after calling every tire shop in a 50 mile radius with no luck for the size tire we needed, this wonderful man answered the phone and was willing to do anything to help us. We limped it the hour north and in under 20 minutes they had the tire swapped with a similar enough replacement that would get us home. Absolutely amazing. Helped patch our tire and got it done so quickly. They replaced it and had the best customer service. They told us what was wrong and cared. Even though late they took great care of us.
Absolutely amazing company and exceptional person. Steve stepped in when our travel trailer blew out 2 tires, bent and rim and cracked the hub so we had no choice but to leave it until Monday morning…Steve had us moving by Tuesday while we were 3 hours away and kept our trailer safe the whole time! I’d call Steve to help anytime anywhere. He could have gouged us on the price but actually cut us deal! Amazing place 10 stars!
Excellent service. We had a flat tire while traveling and they made a road-side call in a very quick time frame. Very reasonable prices. We were back on the road within an hour. 10/10 recommend
