I have been using this car wash place from past 15 years. Have seen this gone through different management teams. They are the top notch in the industry. Prices are slightly on the higher end, but if the car is dirty it comes out sparkling clean after this place even touches it. The cleaning crew here is amazing and needs no directions. I have been using this car wash for years. Now, under new management. This car wash is the best. The owner is such an amazing guy always there to take care of any issue. The team is amazing, but now I have a monthly unlimited car wash . I also got all scratches and swirls removed from the exterior cost $400, but the car looks new. I was so happy with the service. I went there today, Sunday, October 26, 2025. I asked the guy to spray a scuff mark that I had on my front bumper. He refused to do that. I also asked him. Could he put a little white compound on the bumper to remove the scuff mark, he refused to do that as well with that I said I’ll leave here and I’ll go to the car wash on Woodhaven Boulevard that is much more accommodating and takes care of their customers. I would never give this place my money ever I left.
Went to the car wash got the platinum car wash and had to tell one of the workers if he can hand me the rag because my car was still dirty and they did a poor job with my front windshield. I checked my back seats and found whatever spray they used stained my leather seats. I also realized they did not put my car mats on properly. I would never come back here ever again!
