Today myself and my family run and did somethings down south from where we live. On the way home kiddos got hungry and we stopped at McD's and decided to make a picnic. We stopped at the Old Fort Park in Fort Pierce, Fl. As we finished the picnic a loud bang teared the tranquility in the park. As we looked to see what happened we realized a car has jumped a very high curb stone and was dangling in side the park with it's front wheels. An elderly gentleman looked confused and lost.
