The customer service from initial call to drop off was the easiest, quickest process I’ve ever had to do for my car. I called around 6:30 am for an urgent tow this morning due to a flat tire. The person who answered the phone was super efficient and calm, estimating time to be between 30 - 60min. Easy peasy. The man showed up earlier than expected, loaded my car and on the road in five minutes.
