My mom’s house was hit by a horrible storm and left unlivable. I came as fast as I could from out of town to help salvage items in the home. Kristin was so helpful with the whole storage process. I called her with so many questions and her customer service was amazing! I felt like I made a new bestie after speaking with her multiple times. Truly was a shining light to a not so great day.

Kristen was such an amazing help and the transaction of renting a unit was thorough and quick. Love the security of the building and their clean storage units. Best decision made to rent a unit with her!!!! Thank you Kristen ❤️

Kristen is very professional and friendly and knows what she's talking about. Advised the perfect size unit when I described what the contents would be. The location is great, and security is monitored. Units are very clean and well maintained. No pest. Highly recommend.

I've been a customer there at Mini storage for a couple of years now, and the manager Mrs. K has been absolutely awesome 👌 all these years with handling my account, due to having good Communication, and being patient for her return calls, Out of consideration, that she's In charge of other Location sites, and alot of other folk's, that may not be on auto pay, so be patient if she doesn't respond back right away due to a high Volume of return calls and text messages, she goes thru.
