I had the pleasure of dealing with Kristin when I inquired about a climate control unit. She spoke kindly and patiently answered all my questions with ease. What Kristen may not have remembered is that I had spoken with her a couple of years ago. That occasion was similar to this one. She was both kind and patient during that time as well. Based off of customer service I would recommend Affordable mini storage

I would 100% recommend this storage facility in Alice to anyone wanting a clean, cooled storage for their belongings. Kristin, the owner, was always helpful and quick to respond. I appreciated her help during my time renting at Affordable Mini Storage.

Never have any issues , the facility is clean and well maintained. All my items had been in storage for over a year and it stayed in great shape. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking to store their items.

Rented this unit same day after hours! She did everything online and made it easy for us. Clean & 24 hour access was super convenient.
