Very kind people who serve you
Absolute worst. Been trying for weeks to cancel my policy and get a refund for prepayment for a car I no longer own. They have given me wrong email addresses to reach "management", they refused to cancel my policy until I proved I purchased a new vehicle and used the covered car as a trade in. I have emailed proof AND I still received a notification that my May payment is DUE!! Don't let their cheap rates pull ya in, they are of no dang help when needed!!
Never had a problem until we went our way to pay our bill and arrived at 2:55 and the sign on the door said they would be back from lunch at 2:30. The doors were locked so we called and she came out the doors and said the sign was supposed to read 3:30. Even though it clearly was a mistake on their behalf she refused to let us pay and now we have to wait the extra 35m
