We needed a roof replacement and sought several quotes. We chose A.M. Construction & Roofing because of their highly competitive pricing and their use top quality roofing materials. We had great communication from our Project Manager throughout the process. The crew was able to replace the entire roof in one day. Great care was taken to ensure my property was cleaned of any debris before they left for the day. Outstanding workmanship, we are very pleased.
Our roof started leaking last night. I called A.M desperately needing the issue addressed. The project manager, Jon Cutherbertson reached out to me immediately. He was extremely polite and assured me he would come right out to Lincoln and fix the situation even though it was raining. He was extremely polite, knowledgeable, and informative. Andrew's crew did a great job finishing up the exterior of our SquaPan Lake remodel. Great communication, awesome quality work, couldn't ask for a better customer experience.
My house had poor ventilation in the attic causing ice buildup in the winter time. A couple years ago, I hired a different company in the area to resolve these issues. During the wind storm in December we lost a ton of shingles off the roof. I called around to get a qoute from many different companies, unsure what I was doing because I had never done it before.
