What can I say, other than THANK YOU!! I just bought a car, and within days of purchasing it, the car won't start. So I called around to other towing companies for pricing. After waiting on AAA for 4 hours, and not being able to get a human response from them, I called ASAP. Michael showed up with a flatbed within 30 minutes and took care of business efficiently and competently. It didn’t hurt that he was a hoot to talk to. I don’t typically do reviews but Michael and ASAP earned all 5 stars.
I have to brag about ASAP towing and two of their employees, Mr. Chad Stinson and Mr. Mike Crowe. These two gentlemen are absolutely amazing. When I called ASAP towing, I had the pleasure of connecting with Mr. Stinson. I was a little frazzled, as I was at home cooking dinner in Green Cove Springs and my daughter was stuck at work in Saint Augustine. The way she treated my car was just amazing and she knew her assignment Briefed me all the way from Jacksonvile to St Augustine and when she arrived..gave me feedback even before the dealership got to me.
