We absolutely do not sell used toys.. the toys come packaged with protective powders to protect the toys. Also we have an absolute no return policy. We will help everyone with their manufacturing warranties and also help to get replacement with cords. We always check the toys before leaving our store.. The manager was not rude to the customer.
