I hate to write poor reviews about a small business, especially one where I had a good experience in the past, but the level of unprofessionalism encountered this week can't be overlooked. I called last week to schedule an appointment for my 14 year old mixed breed dog. Unfortunately, I had an emergency come up and had to cancel. I have been there multiple times and always made sure that they trimmed my dog nice and short. He is a chow and I never wanted him to be shaved and they knew that. I just picked him up and paid a price of $100 which is ridiculous and they shaved him. She Said he had a skin problem which he does not. Very very disappointed! I just found Bless Their Heart Pet Salon and had a great experience today!! 💚 the staff was friendly and professional, and I felt good about leaving Kappa in their care. And as you can see, he looks happy and handsome in his new cut and little tie! 😍 I will definitely be back.
Bruiser is soooo difficult to groom. He doesn't like getting clipped. The ladies at Bless Their Heart are wonderful with him. They understand when he needs a break. In the end he got the best cut he's ever had, and wasn't even traumatized! Highly recommend this pet salon.
I just recently took my cat belle here. The lady’s there are so kind, and the communication was great. Belle came out so fresh, clean and relaxed you can tell they took great care of her I’d recommend to any pet owner this place is 10/10
