First time visit and the reviews are real - Jeff is an honest, engaging, lovely person and oh yeah, he made me an excellent offer on my old jewelry in my opinion. I can’t believe I’ve been driving “all the way across the Valley” when Jeff is right here in Hellertown. By appointment only. Highly recommended!!! My intentions were to have my coins evaluated for rarity or value which turned into an unexpected memorable and enjoyable experience. Not only was Jeff passionate about what he does, but he was honest in his explanations of what my items were worth. He was able to meet me within the hour of calling and I found him to be generous and transparent, which to me is rare find in todays world, my experience was invaulable.
My husband and I had our wedding rings fully restored from wearing them for 36 years and the experts at Borger's returned our beautiful rings in just a few weeks time - our reaction was exceptionally beyond our expectations! Called to get rings fixed at Borger’s - engagement ring re-pronged and a stone to be set in another ring. Jeff is top notch! Explains everything, quick turn around, great customer service! Phenomenal repair work. My Rings came back quickly and looking better than when they were brand new! Highly recommend for any jewelry needs!!
