I had a slow draining toilet in my upstairs bathroom, and I (foolishly) called a plumber from another, larger company. The other company augured the toilet and said I should be good, and that I probably need a new toilet soon. But after more than one flush it was clear the problem still existed. My shower valve needed to be replaced so I reached out to Bruce’s for help. You can contact the answering service during off hours and you will be contacted back. Bruce reached out to me immediately (while enroute to a wedding) to tell me he would take care of me first thing during the week. By 830am on Monday the work was already being done. New shower valve, new cartridge, new copper piping, new tub spout, and new handle and trim in under a few hours. If you are in the area use these guys!

I have used Bruce’s plumbing on at least five occasions and will continue to call them for any plumbing issue I have. Bruce responds almost immediately to every message. He is extremely knowledgeable, explains issues clearly, and genuinely wants to help as quickly as possible. Brian and Sean also are a pleasure to have working in my home - friendly, honest, and efficient - and always are willing to answer my questions. I am very pleased with the service we've received during 2 separate occasions (each 1 year apart). Not only did I get a prompt call back, but I was fit into the schedule within just a few hours, each time. Fast, Friendly and reasonable price. Bruce was nice to speak with on the phone and all of his plumbers were friendly while working in our home. I would recommend Bruce's Plumbing to any friends or family.
