It was AWESOME!!!! Not only, did the gentlemen that came for the repair, fix everything and make sure my dishwasher was running well. He also took the time to explain maintenance tips to me, walked me through exactly how to use my dishwasher to make sure I was doing everything correctly, filled the rinse aid compartment, and finally pit a cleaner/disinfectant tablet in and started a cleaning cycle before he left. I called several companies and Cache Appliance was the only one who was able to come out the same day. The technician was kind, knowledgeable, and efficient. I would highly recommend you giving your business to this company.

Very happy w/ the service Cache Appliance provided for me. Sheila explained to me how Cache Appliance worked, costs, etc. so there weren't any surprises. Then their technician Carson took his time to pick up keys from my home as the issue was in a couple of our units. He called as soon as he figured out the issues, gave me the option to fix the issues as he had the parts, and took care of everything. Very happy with their speedy and honest service. Carson was great. On schedule. Friendly. Knowledgeable. He looked at two appliances and only charged us for one because it was fast. Couldn't ask for better service after the first visit. Expecting to get it repaired after they get the part from SLC. Turn around should be great. Thanks Carson and Sheila!
