It was AWESOME!!!! Not only, did the gentlemen that came for the repair, fix everything and make sure my dishwasher was running well. He also took the time to explain maintenance tips to me, walked me through exactly how to use my dishwasher to make sure I was doing everything correctly, filled the rinse aid compartment, and finally pit a cleaner/disinfectant tablet in and started a cleaning cycle before he left. Friendly, knowledgeable, and thorough! Got my dryer cleaned and Josh left no spot untouched. Feels good to know I’m much safer from risk of dryer fires. The service was quick too
Josh, and his team are absolutely fantastic! We’ve used him on several occasions. A few times just for overall advice, absolutely steering us in the right direction. Once for a broken dishwasher, he fixed that right up! And most recently he kept our house from burning down!!! Our dryer wasn’t quite functioning the way I think it should. Service tech was on time and completed the repair quickly. He ordered parts and gave me a quote when he was here. The parts arrived and the repair finished fast. The quote I received was what I was charged. No surprise add ons.
