I bought my vape on Thursday 1-23-25 well, Friday night it needed to be charged and guess what the charger port doesn’t work. So I called the owner. He stated to me it’s not his problem that I should’ve checked to make sure that the vape charged before I left his store which doesn’t make since to me. What that is telling me this isn’t the first time he has had a complaint about the vapes he is selling is malfunctioning I spent $32 on a vape just to be told he could sell me another one for half off!! Used to go here all the time, but I got one singular pod that was a completely different density , taste, and feeling than the ones you get normally. Also, was leaking when I opened the box it was in, didn’t seem like there were any punctures in the aluminium so I’m assuming it was resealed. Wouldn’t take the risk again.
This is honestly the best Vape shop in Lafayette.The Owner is a kind man and he gives you a feeling of welcome any time that you come into the shop.My Wife and I will only buy from this shop because He offers deals for regulars,and he will go out of his way to help you out if you're short on the money.This is how you do business.With integrity and understanding.For that reason,I give Candle Hookah Five stars out of Five.I highly recommend.
Just left here and bought 2 lost Mary’s. The staff and owners of this shop were very helpful and friendly. Deals are great but also they have been the only vape shop that I have been to that literally has every single option of the new flavors in Lost Mary ! So many flavor options to choose from! Thank you so much
Very nice people yes. But the owner the old man is slick and will double charge on small items like if you buy a few cigars he’ll charge you double . Just to add a little bit of profit to his pocket caught him doing it three times each time he says it’s an honest mistake. I will never go back . They also sell fake counterfeit vapes . Bad store . Nice people but it’s a front they rip you off
