Oh my gosh, this place is amazing! From the very minute we met Joe, he helped us with everything from start to finish... Great product, great price, incredible service! My basement carpeting is beautiful, luxurious, and unbelievably elegant... Thank you Joe and Carpet Mill outlet!
Amazing experience! Joe (one of the owners) was very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful! We purchased the carpet on Friday and it was installed on Monday AND for a GREAT price! The installers were extremely professional as well. I would highly recommend this place! (I added before and after pictures.)
Third time we have hired CMO and every time we have been very pleased. Fair prices, always on time and great selection of carpets and padding. Would highly recommend them and will definitely have them back in the future!
It was time for new carpet in the master bedroom. I knew the color I want and now the search was on. I walked into the store and was greeted by Joe right away. That was the first good sign. Posting on behalf of my parents. There have been quite a few problems regarding the carpeting and the installation since it was installed in 2016. I tried contacting them in 2020 about this problem and his son Joe answered the phone and I asked for Jim. Jim was not in and Joe asked how he could help. I explained the situation to him and he very bluntly and rudely stated no one would be coming to look at our carpeting.
