I had such a great experience at this Tex Mex spot! The food was fresh, flavorful, and came out quickly. What really stood out was the service. Keylin went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. She was attentive without being overbearing, made excellent recommendations, and had such a friendly personality that really added to the whole experience. I’ve tried this place a few times on different occasions, and unfortunately, I’ve been disappointed each time. The food consistently lacks flavor. If you’re looking for authentic Mexican food, you may want to look elsewhere, as this is Americanized. The prices are also super expensive for what you actually get. That being said, the customer service is the one thing that keeps me from writing it off completely. Had Chico's cater my Daughter's/my birthday party. Saying the food and service was awesome is an understatement. All food was cooked to order which at first had me worried about how fast it would come out. I was dead wrong, the food came out fast fresh and super tasty. All of my guests are still talking about how awesome the food and service was and i really believe it made the party 10x better.
This place is amazing. It is a small little Mexican restaurant located in a strip mall. I have been driving by 4 weeks and figured tonight was the night.
