My brother and I made the decision to depart from our high intensity corporate positions in Silicon Valley so that we could follow our entrepreneurial aspirations. Our main focus centerred on completely revamping the local laundromat, which was situated in our neighborhood. We were committed to providing an immaculate, secure, and brightly lit atmosphere for all patrons. Witnessing the favourable influence we've had on our community has been a source of deep contentment and fulfilment for us.

I’ve always had an amazing experience. I usually go in the evening but on Wednesdays it was free drying day so I went in the morning and I experienced horrible customer service by a woman. I believe her name is Kathy when I asked her for help she disregarded me and I asked her for help again. She looked like she was frustrated and didn’t want to help me because I had Apple Pay I would encourage management to Follow up and make sure that she’s not being rude to the customers
Please treat all clients with expedient service, not just your favorites. Granted the business on the surface is clean. Justina seemed unwilling to help me with a grievance. I was a teacher for six years in the Valley and felt I was not attended to in a timely manner. "The cheap is always the most expensive." THANK YOU. Psalms 91:8. I am a human being and I was not respected by Justina.
This is a beautiful laundromat!! It’s so clean! The stainless steel doesn’t have a fingerprint on it! The employees are so nice. Also constantly cleaning the shop. I love their pay points in the machines. Very convenient! A++
Hands down the cleanest laundromat I’ve been to. The owner(s) and their team are super nice and curtesy. The ladies are always cleaning and maintaining the place, love the fact they clean the washer after uses, no odor of wet or mold. Refuse to wash anywhere else ever since I found this place. They have a seating area for kids and the machines all work, cash or card that a plus lol
I've dropped off laundry for wash and fold service 4x already and have been very happy with the support and services provided. Luz has helped me most visits and has been very helpful and sweet.
