My brother and I made the decision to depart from our high intensity corporate positions in Silicon Valley so that we could follow our entrepreneurial aspirations. Our main focus centerred on completely revamping the local laundromat, which was situated in our neighborhood. We were committed to providing an immaculate, secure, and brightly lit atmosphere for all patrons. Witnessing the favourable influence we've had on our community has been a source of deep contentment and fulfilment for us.

Here everything is perfect, clean, convenient and profectional. We can put cash into machine to get value card, from it we can use for washing and drying machine, even those for opening a restroom door. Staff is very good for helping new costumer, she works hard to make clean erea. Thank you very much. 🙏🥰😍😘
Our house has been waiting for our new washer for over a month now so I have been using this location. It's always clean and the staff is always nice, even when they are slammed on free Dry days (Wednesday for sure, I think Tues too?) It can get super busy on those evenings and the clientele can definitely be pushy and self absorbed, but I haven't had a bad experience yet.
Unaware of free dryer Wednesday promotion when I came in but this is not the first time I have came to this facility. Long dryer wait time due to their promotion. 25% of dryers are broken with only half of those having a sign on them. Asked staff why there is not a sign and all they know how to say is “I don’t know” There was a language barrier and it seemed that they helped Spanish speaking people over me on more than 1 occasion and told me a dryer was not working when it actually indeed it was working, let a man have a dry... read more
I last visited this location in 2020 during COVID, and at the time, it was the worst spot in San Jose. Today, I was pleasantly surprised when I walked in. Congratulations to the new owners—this is how business should be done! The prices are slightly higher, but worth every penny. Thank you.
This is a beautiful laundromat!! It’s so clean! The stainless steel doesn’t have a fingerprint on it! The employees are so nice. Also constantly cleaning the shop. I love their pay points in the machines. Very convenient! A++
