I am so thankful for counselors like Krissy. She is so kind, patient and compassionate. She truly cares about people and her desire to help others always shines through her words and actions. She is a great listener and offers very good advice. Krissy is very professional and excels at what she does. I would highly recommend her to anyone that is looking for an excellent therapist.

Krissy has an amazing Talent to understand and provide helpful insight in relationships. Whether it be an individual, a marriage, or family; Krissy is highly qualified and has much experience in this field. Krissy provides the tools necessary to assist in healing and growth. I feel like Krissy is able to see to the center/core of people and help them heal from within which then in turn improves and strengthens all other relationships.

I've been working with Krissy Cotten off and on for SEVERAL years now! Sometimes for difficult moments and sometimes just to vent about frustrating family and coworkers (and kids). Sometimes you need an outsider to tell you to "let things go", "let HIM/HER go", "focus on yourself", "that behavior is unhealthy."
