Maxine was incredibly helpful guiding us through the design. She caught on to our style quickly and was able to lead us to the exact colors and materials we were looking for. Javier and his guys were very professional and skilled craftsmen. They were trustworthy and considerate. The bathroom came out exactly how I wanted. Javier’s advice throughout the process was also very helpful. As we utilized the bathroom now I’m even more appreciative of his advice. I highly recommend Custom Tile and Stone!!
Had the pleasure of using CTSD for renovating 2 bathrooms, kitchen, and furnace closet. The project was extended by change orders but just by a week. They stuck to the timeline as discussed and the quality of work was fantastic! I would say to be detailed in your note taking as to what is and isn't included just so everyone is on the same page as there was a hiccup but was quickly corrected to my complete satisfaction. Javier and his crew did a beautiful job on my home! My home needed 3 bathrooms, a kitchen and the flooring completely remodeled. It was a big job. Javier and his crew showed up everyday, on time. They did everything exactly like we had discussed and the work was perfect. If you have an eye for detail like I do, you will be very happy with Custom Tile Stone and Decor!
Custom Tile, Stone & Décor did a fantastic job. Had two bathrooms remodeled and kitchen countertops and splash updated. Service was excellent, courteous with an above standard to detail.
I can't sing Custom Tile's praises loud enough!! We had them do several different projects over the years...floors, bathrooms, kitchen remodel. They arrive every day when they say they will be there. They clean up COMPLETELY after each and every day. Their workmanship and professionalism is top notch, and their attention to detail is really astounding. The workers are also just so warm and accommodating, even being extremely patient with last minute changes by me!! Can't recommend highly enough!!
