I must say this…..I’ve rode past this shop for years and never knew it existed. Today (9/11/25) is my first time needing their assistance and they have been so good to me!!!! I needed a tire ASAP and Marco and the fellas jumped on it ASAP!!! They had my tire size in stock and got it changed in under 30 minutes. Ladies please be aware…. Businesses such as this take advantage of women because they assume we aren’t aware of pricing and service costs. They definitely had the wrong one when I came in. Long story short I purchased two brand new tires online and went there to put them on, before I can even tell them what I needed they asked me was I paying cash… (big red flag). I went to Custom Wheels to purchase tires as they needed to be replaced before the winter weather kicked in. They are good at replacing tires and fixing flats. However, they recently changed their payment policy and no longer take credit card payments. Beware they only now take cash, debit or Zelle payments. I was not aware of this as one of the workers failed to inform me they no longer accepted credit cards. Luckily, I had enough in the bank to cover the cost with a debit card. Def do not recommend!! Overpriced and they scratched my car when I went. They’ll purposefully install your tires incorrectly so that you’ll have to keep going back. It’s been a week and this is still showing up on my display. You’re better off going to Romero tires on Lyons Avenue. $135 vs their $165 for new tire and customer service is much better. DO NOT GO ALONE IF YOURE A WOMAN. You’ll get robbed blind.
Edit my review…. After i went to him three times for balance vibration and didn’t help went for other shop and did for me. The technician in this shop don’t know how to use the new machine in this shop don’t even know where to place the balance on rims! And every time they charge me which is not even fixed ! Place is good they have newer machines in all Jersey but they need a technician who can work on this machine. This place is awesome the workers the machines is the best The only shop have Hunter machines for everything.... read more
