This is the third time I have used Dalrock Foundation Repair. I had gotten five company estimates and they ranged greatly in scope of work needed and estimated cost. I got an engineer's report and had the five companies give me an estimate based on the engineer's report. Dalrock's original scope of work was the closest to the engineer's report and they were the lowest cost before and after the engineer's report. I had a foundation evaluation done due to age of house and was very pleased with the professional service of Dalrock. They showed up on time and gave an honest, understandable explanation of the issues I had. The technician was courteous, patient with my questions, and we walked all around the house pointing different things out that needed to be discussed. Highly recommended.

This experience started very positive with Rex's presentation of what needed to be done. His recommendation of a structure engineer was appreciated. Contact with Candy at the office was also prompt and friendly. The crew did a great job. Johnny answered my questions and explained the process in detail. Clean up by the crew was excellent! They spread the excess dirt in low places in the yard. They scraped all the dried mud off the sidewalk. I was very pleased with this experience.
