The worse realtor I have ever dealt with. Never showed up after viewing. Never responded after move in. My home literally had no running water or heat he had FHA inspector say it was okay. I am 68 and had no heat or water. I sent him message after message with no answer. My home is still leaking. I have no money left after 50000 dollars invested. He knows and won't respond.
