My 4runner's front CV axel decided it was time to fail 40 mins down a BLM road w no cell service. I was utterly stranded in the middle of nowhere off a really rough BLM road at the end of a weeklong camping trip / field study. Tim went the literal extra mile to make sure he made it me and towed me another 1.5 hrs to Moab. (had I known Tim's brother had a shop in Green River prior to pickup I would've hired his shop for the repair!) Amazing service. They were there to pick me up as soon as was possible, no long wait time whatsoever. This was the second time I've used this company and the price was the same both times, very reasonable. To top it off, the driver asked if we needed a ride to our hotel after dropping off our car in the shop, which was wonderful because I had a broken toe, and drove us there at no extra cost. was assigned Desert Hill Towing through geico roadside assistance after getting a flat tire on a 32 hour roadtrip. josh came and picked us up and got our car which is very low to the ground without any damage or scrapes. he drove us to the gas station next to the repair shop, helped us find a motel and drove us to it. so so friendly and even gave us insight about the area and the great people there in Green River. he went out of his way to save us so much walking out in the desert night cold. 10/10 could not recommend enough

I was stuck in mud in the BLM land just South of Crescent Junction. Called for a tow. The dispatcher was a very nice lady, professional (asked all the right questions) but still friendly and kind. The driver called me back and I told him where I was. He knew the area, so that’s a big. Plus. He was about 40 miles away, but arrived very quickly. No filly dallying about for this guy. When four of us got into a roll over accident on a road trip and had to spend hours out in the cold and mud, calling Desert Hill towing was like a warm hug. They provided transport to a local hotel while we figured out what we were going to do. Kind, professional, and responsive. Thank you for being so amazing on such an insane day!
