Dexter Wells & Plumbing, are a ***** five star group. They are very dependable and reliable. I have had both a well and pipe issue. When I contacted them, the staff is very friendly and responded prompt and quickly. Fixed both issues quickly and day of contacting. I have made them my primary contact on this types of issues. Great service. No water at all. He offered to come same day. We got it rigged to work overnight and they came and installed new well pump and pressure tank. Answered all my questions.
Fantastic service! I have a complex well pump setup and Cory diagnosed and solved the problem quickly. Very responsive and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this company!!
We had a pressure issue with our well on a Friday (of course, why would it happen during the week??). We had water, but the pressure would drop after just one shower, a run of the dishwasher/washing machine to the point the rest of the house had a trickle. Dexter Wells & Plumbing kindly fitted us into their Friday schedule, diagnosed a problem with our aging well pump and set us up for a repair as soon as possible. Well pump died late on a Friday night. Contacted Cory Saturday morning. He asked if we needed immediate service or could we wait until Monday morning. We were able to wait and he arrived Monday ready to find out what was wrong. After some testing he had determined that the 17 year old pump had quit. He had the proper replacement pump and necessary parts to remove and install a new pump in less than 4 hours.
