I absolutely love this company. Back in 2023 our well pump and tank died and we were without water. Our plumber referred us to this company. We got quick service and then an estimate. We were able to get everything fixed and completed in a great time frame. Last week (march 2025) we were experiencing water pressure issues. We had the plumber come out, and he suggested that if we had a warranty we needed to call Dexter again. Thankfully John Dexter had given us a 5year warranty. Had the pleasure of working with Mr. Dexter today. He came out promptly, did exceptional work and provided fantastic and fair service. He will be our master plumber for life and I strongly recommend his services.
We had our well pump go out. They showed up the next day a replaced the pump and pressure tank. Did amazing work and were willing to answer questions after hours.
Called Dexter Wells & Plumbing because we had an issue with our well pump and John was about to come out the same day and the very next day installed a new well pump and pressure tank for us. We are very pleased with the services received. John is a very nice man and definitely knows what he is talking about when it came to our issue. He sat and talked to us throughout the whole process and it was nice to learn a little about everything he was doing. Would without a doubt recommend them and use them again.
