Great experience from start to finish. I believe I spoke with the owner when I called, and he was friendly, responsive, and went out of his way to help. They were able to send someone out the very next day to repair my dryer. The technician arrived on time, was professional and knowledgeable, and quickly resolved the issue. It’s refreshing to find a company that truly values customer service. Highly recommended!!!
I must admit that my experience with Discount Appliance Service in Shelton was absolutely pleasant! I called & made an appointment with Jim. Because of the snow storm coming, he came out a day or two later & fixed my whirlpool dryer in literally 15 minutes! He was very knowledgeable of what he had to fix. I would most definitely come back for future services & the prices are UNBEATABLE. Thanks again JIM. You are the man!!!
A big thank you to Jim Who traveled from Shelton to West Haven to fix my neighbor’s dryer. I gave him a call after finding him on Google, he agreed to come out with a quickness . in fear, we were going to have to buy a new dryer, Jim came out fixed it within a half hour & was quite affordable . He is professional, honest & was equipped with the parts to fix the dryer on the spot. Jim has calm , easy going attitude and I recommend him highly .
Jim fixed my dryer quickly and for a reasonable price. He was able to come out within a day or two of my initial phone call. I highly recommend him!
