USE THIS COMPANY for ALL of your appliance repairs. This company really knows what it means to provide excellent customer service. There are a lot of options out there and it is hard to know who to trust, but Jim and his team are definitely the best around! Jim was super responsive and helpful. He is calm and patient and very willing to help.
Wish the star scale went to 10 because that’s what this company deserves! Jim came in the timeframe he said he would. He was very fast, about 45 mins. Super nice, friendly and knowledgeable man. Also very fair and reasonable price on the repair of my dryer. Will use this company for all appliance needs in the future and recommend you do the same!
Great experience! We ultimately didn’t need any work done on our old washing machine, but the repair person was very kind and informative, and he cut us a deal since he didn’t need to make any repairs. Plus, the office was easy to schedule and communicate with. Highly recommended!
