We have been so impressed with Don and Megan! We were trying to get an estimate ASAP for a house we wanted to purchase and they did everything possible to make it happen. They were communicative, upfront about the repairs needed, and worked quickly to get the bid done so we could submit it in time. I would 110% recommend them to anyone in need of log restoration, and I look forward to having them come do our repairs once we are in our new house!!
DKS was such an amazing company to work with. From our initial calls/consultation to the final day, they were truly exceptional to work with. Communication with DKS during the bid/contract stage, as well as the working stage exceeded expectations. The crew was at our property for 6-8 weeks, and they were all incredibly hard working, professional and respectful. I would absolutely recommend this company to anyone considering Log care/restoration/replacement. If I could give them 10 stars, I would.
Don of DKS provided a thorough estimate for log replacement, provided quality work and communicated well. Work included log restoration/rot repair, media blasting and stain application. My cabin looks new! I'm very satisfied.
Routine maintenance of our log home got away from us through the years, and Don and his crew at DKS returned our home to "like new." Don came out personally and did a detailed walk-around with me, making notes, taking photos, and measurements. He pointed out many areas that needed attention that as a home owner we overlooked. You call her and if she doesn’t answer right away, you will hear back from her very quickly, to answer your questions or concerns.
