This was our first time to visit this restaurant. We saw the great reviews and decided to try it out. We were not disappointed. The service was great from the moment we walked in. The staff was very courteous and took excellent care of us. Now on to the food; we had Naan Bread, Himalayan Salad, Karahi Chicken and Chicken Nivana. Food was spicy for us even when we had asked for medium. They didn’t listen to our request of adding less oil/ghee/butter. Flavors were okayish. Garlic nan was delicious. Himalayan special nan was too sweet. Saag paneer was oily and spicy. Aloo ka acchar was not good. Daal soup was bland.
Updated Post 7/14/2025 I love the flavor of the shahi paneer and the matar paneer however a recent change has made me reconsider eating here. Last week I ordered multiple paneer dishes without paneer, so just the gravy. Rightfully so I was only charged for the gravy so instead of $16.99 for shahi paneer I paid $10.99. Today I got here for my birthday and bought three dishes all with no paneer. I was charged full price!!! It's like paying for the protein be it paneer or chicken without getting those items. I ordered from this restaurant while in town on business. I ordered from dessert menu. The Rasmalai, Kheer Rice Pudding and Gulab Jamun were ordered. The Rasmalai was very good. The Gulab Jamun was very good as well. The Kheer Rice Pudding was tasteless, so I can't really say I enjoyed it at all. In fact I ended up tossing this in the garbage due to the tasteless nature. Wow was this place wonderful! First, we were properly greeted by staff when we arrived. We came for a birthday lunch, and were served by a sweet and helpful young lady named Muskaan (not sure if that's the spelling, but it means 'smile' and she always interacted with one!) who gave us good advice about ordering. We've had plenty of Indian food all over this country, and we would have no hesitation to happily return to this location.
