I am very happy with the work they did. T hey have an excellent selection of flooring products that the big chain stores do not carry. Prices are reasonable and the work they did was great. I got a lot of compliments on my floors.

This place is highly unprofessional! I waited all day for them to come and give an estimate on replacing my damaged carpet and no one showed up or called. We finally called them only to be told "Oh, sorry we not going to be able to make it there today." What kind of business are you running? To think, we tried to use a small business during this time to help them stay alive!

I walked into the store looking for kitchen flooring. The woman in the store was sitting at a desk in the front of the store talking on the phone. I waited a good five minutes while she continued chatting. She finally, in a very annoyed voice, asked me if I needed help. I felt like saying, no I always walk in stores and just stand there.
