My son Garrick has attended Gracie Barra since 2023. The facilities are new and well maintained. The instructors are attentive and treat my boy like a family member. This is a great place to instill confidence in children and adults. We enjoy every bit of Garricks Jiu Jitsu journey with Gracie Barra.
I highly recommend checking with Gracie Barra for training with jujitsu. They have an excellent/knowledgeable staff that are always helpful and produce a very safe/effective learning environment. My kids have a lot of fun in class and really enjoy working with the coaches. There are two locations in the area with classes with staggering times so that's very helpful with complex schedules.
My kids and husband have been going to this gym since they opened here in College Station, we have loved the training we received, the coaches are amazing, and there is a great community here!
While our attendance here so far has been brief, the folks at Gracie Barra Bryan are super friendly and welcoming. The instructors are kind and very patient with students, offering positive feedback and acknowledgement. The gym facility is new, nice and kept up very well, with two mat areas, a viewing area, a play room to entertain kids, and the changing areas are spacious. If you are looking for a facility to train at in B/CS, definitely look into Gracie Barra!
My 6 yr old boy visited the first free trial class. He was nervous most of the class but the couches did a great job teaching him and working with him and make him feel comfortable. I will look into signing him up with further classes.
