Visited from Canada with my 7 yr old daughter. Her and I both participated in a class. The coaches were so amazing with my girl. She suddenly felt overwhelmed stepping on the mats with none of her friends and Luandra and Amanda made her feel welcome. Before I knew it she was with the rest of the kids. She skipped out of shark tank and sat with Amanda and later my girl said she wished she participated in that as well. They put no pressure on her and made her feel welcome. It was amazing to see. My son Garrick has attended Gracie Barra since 2023. The facilities are new and well maintained. The instructors are attentive and treat my boy like a family member. This is a great place to instill confidence in children and adults. We enjoy every bit of Garricks Jiu Jitsu journey with Gracie Barra.
From the moment I walked in, I was welcomed with genuine warmth and respect. The environment is supportive and encouraging, making it easy to feel comfortable whether you’re brand new or have previous experience. The instructors are patient, knowledgeable, and extremely dedicated to helping each student learn and grow at their own pace. They take time to break down techniques clearly and always maintain a positive and motivating atmosphere. Justin was extremely helpful too!
We absolutely love Gracie Barra. The new kickboxing program is absolutely amazing! Our son enjoys coming every day! Highly recommend! The coaches are great with all the kids as well!
When I can in all the professors were incredibly welcoming. I have never done BJJ and they were super respectful with my experience. They were also kind enough to let me try both BJJ and the kick boxing class for free. Definitely recommend Gracie Barra for experienced and new people to each sport
