I have been going to Heather for over a year now for a miriad of things - laser hair removal, chemical facial peels, IVs - the list goes on but every single time the entire experience is great! Heather explains everything and makes you feel so comfortable before, during and after the process. I highly recommend going to H2Hydro for all the fabulous things they offer!

Medication does not work, high shipping fees and medication does not arrive on time. Consistently waited 10-15 minutes per appointment for the nurse to join the meeting which was fine, until I needed to cancel an appointment, followed the prompts to cancel through the portal but then directs you to call. Text the number and was immediately charged $50 for cancellation before 48 hours even though their email narrative states you only need 24 hours. I met with Liz today to talk through my options for weight loss meds. Even though I have been on GLP-1 med through my DR before, my insurance will no longer cover it, or it's $1300 with insurance. I talked through options with Liz, and the body scan was super helpful to know what my goals are. I'm looking forward to this journey with the help of H2Hydro!
