My experience here so far has been incredible. Danielle not only educates you on nutrition, but also what you are putting in your body and how to maximize your results. She's honest, knowledgeable, and genuinely cares for her clients success! The entire staff is so joyful it's such a great atmosphere! I can't wait to try the massage too! I hear she does wonders for your stressed body!

It's been just a couple of months since I started going to H2Hydro. I have had slow results, but I am seeing results! I have lost weight in the past at a very quick pace, and it came back plus some. So, I am all for this team of exceptional people. The staff are very approachable and down to earth. So far so good. Slow and steady is okay with me.
I have had excellent service and I cannot say enough good things about this spa. Danielle has helped me lose weight, gain muscle and firm up my body. She has worked with me for months and I have never been more fit. Heather has worked with me on balancing my hormones and she has me feeling great!
