Mike and his crew did a fabulous job on our landscaping. Very reliable and super responsive. They returned several times to ensure everything was perfect. I highly recommend them!
Our lawn service wasn’t able to locate good clean pine straw this spring from his usual supplier. We use at least 65 bales every spring and so we decided to stop by Harbortown last week to inquire about pine straw. We were greeted by very friendly staff in the office and Debra gave us the price and told us they had plenty of bales. They even showed us a sample bale so we could see the quality. I had neglected Landscaping for some time and asked for an estimate to rip out everything I had in the front and backyards replant all the grass and plant new shrubs to add color. Work was done quickly, and several of my neighbors told me how great they all looked. Employees were courteous and clean in both front and backyards now look exceptionally well. I am very happy with the results and will continue to use their services.
We have used Harbortown since moving to the PI area, and always had a positive experience with the courteous staff and the selection of landscape materials and the ability to have material delivered, if necessary. Recently, we used Harbortown to provide and install some larger trees and shrubs and this also went smoothly and without issue-- they performed exactly as promised. We are very satisfied with Harbortown and will be reaching back out for our next stage of landscaping.
Giveing 5 stars is a not common for me unless a business does something special to deserve it. In this case is was being super kind, getting back to me promptly even during busy season and taking the time to answer all my questions. The owner personally called me to confirm delivery and was on time for delivery and installation. You could see the pride in the business owners.
