I was inconsolable when I came here to bail someone out. Gary who is probably the nicest man I’ve ever encountered in my life gave me coffee and talked me down. Please whoever reads this give this man a raise. He deserves it. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes.
Keep your receipts! They do not keep their books up & aren’t accurate on payment records. Bonded person out and as payments were made we kept receipts. We went to pay last $100 and they claimed we owed $400 bc their secretary quit & no one keeps up the books! We showed proof of all receipts & then they BEGGED FOR $300 bc they said they’re struggling. So unprofessional! They tried to scribble on our receipts. Thankfully i had a witness.
They immediately answered phone and responded to the situation asap. He took good care of my son from the beginning to the end. I'm grateful!!!
