Had such a great experience at Italian Jewelers! The staff was super friendly and helpful from the moment I walked in. They really took the time to understand what I was looking for and helped me find something beautiful without being pushy. The quality of their jewelry is amazing and well crafted. You can tell they genuinely care about their customers. I’ll definitely be coming back and would recommend them to anyone looking for something special.
I had a great experience at Italian Jewelers! They fixed my chain right on the spot and even did free cleaning for all my jewelry. I went back to shop there again, and they did special orders for my 22kt gold chain and bangles exactly how I wanted. Their service is amazing, and I’ll definitely keep shopping here.
Great place! The staff were all super friendly and very helpful. I went to another jewelry store in the mall and got ignored based on I was dressed; but these guys welcomed me warmly & gave me great service right off the bat. I had a ring missing a gem and they were able to identify and replace it no problem, and even gave me a better deal than another place that in the mall I had visited prior. I went here to get a custom pendant made. They did not disappoint. I was kinda nervous because I didn't know how it was gonna turn but some of their pendants on display looked nice so I gave them a shot. It took about five weeks I was expecting it in three. He called me and said your item has arrived and ready for pick up. I asked if he could send me a pic. He said yes and did.
