My water heater stopped working. Called around and was always pushed that it needs replaced. It is 2 years old. Found JC Plumbing & Rooter on the manufacturer's website. Jose gave me a call with an estimate. The parts had to be ordered, and with weekend, Memorial Day, it took a week for the parts to come. Once they did, Jose picked them up and I had hot water a few hours later! Jose was friendly, explained exactly what he did, and showed pics. Very reasonable prices too.
I recently switched my home insurance to farmers and one of their new requirements to get discount is to install a flo by moen smart shut off valve by the main water supply. I started my research online and I found JC plumbing. I reached out to Jose and he asked for more details about my house and water main. He responded quickly to my text, he came out the next day and diagnosed the problem with my Noritz Water heater c He ordered the new parts and came back and fixed the water heater. He was timely and his rates were reasonable. I highly recommend him and will be calling him for other plumbing work !
We had a problem with our lateral sewer line. Jose made a timely appointment. showed up as scheduled, provided a very reasonable cost estimate, and then did an extremely thorough job remedying the problem. At each step, he patiently explained what they were doing and why it was necessary. Best communication of any service person in my experience, quick response, fair rates, excellent follow-through, deep knowledge, long experience, clean, polite, and very clear and detailed explanations about problems, solutions, and charges.
