We got our rental stuck in the sand dunes and Lou absolutely saved the day for us! He was prompt, professional and kind, going out of his way; he brought us by boat first, (which saved us an hour), then in his van back to the airport for another car to rent. All 3 of us are from MA so we had a lot to talk about on the way! He even made sure that we were all set before he drove home. Above and beyond!

Kamel Tow is the best on the beach! John came first thing in the morning to get our contractors unstuck and charged accordingly, highly recommend!!

We had an incredible experience with this towing company! After accidentally driving through a water puddle on the beach, we were stranded and unsure how we’d get out. Lou and Maria came to our rescue and were absolutely wonderful. They not only helped us get off the beach with ease, but they went above and beyond by checking in later to make sure we made it home safely. Their kindness and professionalism made a stressful situation much more manageable. Thank you, Lou and Maria, for the awesome experience!

Excellent experience with Kamel Tow. Our truck broke down up the beach and the driver (John) showed up within minutes and his knowledge and experience made the whole process stress free. They made sure my family and I were taken of care and helped us arrange a rental car so we could still enjoy the rest of our vacation! Can’t say enough about them!

We got stuck in the sand and the guy literally moved us 5 feet and charged us $350. Then tried to say he was giving us a deal. Said it was after hours but their website says they are open 24 hrs a day!!!!! He hooked a cable to the jeep and literally moved it 5 FEET!!!! Price gouging much 🤨
