We had an incredible experience with this towing company! After accidentally driving through a water puddle on the beach, we were stranded and unsure how we’d get out. Lou and Maria came to our rescue and were absolutely wonderful. They not only helped us get off the beach with ease, but they went above and beyond by checking in later to make sure we made it home safely. Their kindness and professionalism made a stressful situation much more manageable. Thank you, Lou and Maria, for the awesome experience!
We got stuck in the sand and the guy literally moved us 5 feet and charged us $350. Then tried to say he was giving us a deal. Said it was after hours but their website says they are open 24 hrs a day!!!!! He hooked a cable to the jeep and literally moved it 5 FEET!!!! Price gouging much 🤨
Absolutely incredible service! Wonderful service and employees. Helped us multiple times and made sure we could enjoy our vacation! Highly recommend if you need service in the 4x4 area!
They got me off the beach fast. Then got a mechanic to my rental property to repair my truck. NO body better in Carova than Kamel Tow!!!
Excellent experience with Kamel Tow. Our truck broke down up the beach and the driver (John) showed up within minutes and his knowledge and experience made the whole process stress free. They made sure my family and I were taken of care and helped us arrange a rental car so we could still enjoy the rest of our vacation! Can’t say enough about them!
