Customer service was outstanding! I was able to ask questions and order exactly what I wanted as well as get water for my children. The drive through is great! They even offered a sucker/lollipop/dum dum for my children and the woman helping me gave me an extra packet of sweetener in case my drink wasn’t as sweet as I wanted it. I will definitely be back!
Found another local coffee shop to try on our tour across the greater Charlotte area. KBs has a great atmosphere and there is plenty of parking. They purchase their coffee from local providers which helps support the local small businesses. The coffee was great and the folks there were super friendly. Excellent variety of coffee options with several seasonal items as well. Will definitely be back!
I walked in with my family and stood at the counter for a little while. There were 2 people working on coffee's or other drinks. No one spoke to any of us or even acknowledge us. I understand you may be busy, but a simple "I'll be with you in a second" can make a huge difference.
Quirky & cute place, very comfy seating & relaxed atmosphere. The pastry selection is well above average. They treat you right here.
Great coffee and tea. The owner and his mother are very friendly and accommodating. I recommend KBs to anyone.
