It was my first time trying out a new dentist office, to put it simply I loved the attentiveness of the staff towards me and my son. The Front desk workers, Frances, Ana and Yoana were very attentive and helpful with booking my next appointments. The Dental Assistant, Shirley Ortega took her time to explain to us and advised solutions to me and my son’s dental hygiene and health. I recommend this place 110%.
By no means is this a Special needs dentist. The only reason I’m giving 1star is because I have to in order to leave a review and if I can single out a great worker Miss Shirley definitely deserves 5 stars. she was amazing and patient with my son. Thank you miss Shirley for working with kids with special needs and being so great. Other than that the dentist was so disappointing Sheva Burton and her attitude was just underwhelming. After trying a few different dental offices in the area, I’m so glad we finally found a place we feel comfortable coming back to. My kids and I are both very happy with the care we’ve received here. They absolutely love Shirley Ortega and Dorothy Theogene, and when my kids are happy and giving great feedback, it puts me at ease too. The staff is kind, professional, and truly great with children. Highly recommend!
Terrible experience — avoid this clinic! I brought my daughter in for a routine dental cleaning. During the visit, they found a cavity — which is great, and we immediately scheduled treatment. I clearly mentioned that she had no pain or sensitivity at all. The treatment was divided into two appointments. At the first visit, they worked on the right side. Dr. Botero is a great dentist and person. I love her approach to care and her kind ways with her patients and their families. I would encourage anyone seeking a warm Dental Home to visit her office and meet her staff.
