After trying a few different dental offices in the area, I’m so glad we finally found a place we feel comfortable coming back to. My kids and I are both very happy with the care we’ve received here. They absolutely love Shirley Ortega and Dorothy Theogene, and when my kids are happy and giving great feedback, it puts me at ease too. The staff is kind, professional, and truly great with children. Highly recommend!
My four-year-old had a dental emergency at school today, & Lil Sunshine was able to get him in almost immediately. Dr. Sheva was able to save his tooth (thank God!), & the entire team was so kind and reassuring during such a stressful first experience for us as parents. They answered all of our questions & made sure we felt at ease. We are so grateful — thank you, Lil Sunshine & Dr. Sheva!
Terrible experience — avoid this clinic! I brought my daughter in for a routine dental cleaning. During the visit, they found a cavity — which is great, and we immediately scheduled treatment. I clearly mentioned that she had no pain or sensitivity at all. The treatment was divided into two appointments. At the first visit, they worked on the right side. I will never go to this clinic again, and I will not recommend it! We came to have a tooth extracted. My child was scared, the doctor could not find common ground with the child. She showed him the needle from the anesthesia injection. He was even more scared. He grabbed the doctor's hand, the doctor refused to continue the procedure. We waited for an appointment for 2 weeks, the child's teeth hurt, there are two of them, but the doctor decided that the extraction should be done under anesthesia. We’ve been taking my daughter to this office since she was little, they are so amazing and patient with kids, they walked me through the whole process and made me feel we were in good hands, DH Shirley is amazing in everything she does totally recommend her or Domenica.
