Scott is amazing! He came over and did an inspection by himself and then with Hunter and did not find any signs of bed bugs. He was very kind and communicative throughout the process, made it very clear what he was looking for and told me how I could look for signs of bed bugs by myself in the future. Wow wow wow! I highly recommend Scott. I am amazed by his kindness and honesty. I suspected my family was being overcharged and misled by our original bed bug treatment company. After reading the reviews here, I called Scott for a second opinion. He spoke to me for 25 minutes and answered two follow up questions via text all FOR FREE!
