Wow wow wow! I highly recommend Scott. I am amazed by his kindness and honesty. I suspected my family was being overcharged and misled by our original bed bug treatment company. After reading the reviews here, I called Scott for a second opinion. He spoke to me for 25 minutes and answered two follow up questions via text all FOR FREE! I’m not sure we ever had bed bugs because the only confirmation was an ID by the other company’s bed bug sniffing dog, without visual ID by the dog’s handler. I called for an inspection, went through my concerns and Scott told me he didn’t think I had a bed bug problem at this time. Spent 10 minutes taking me through what to look for, said I could send pictures and he’d be happy to look at them. Would have been easy for him to just book an inspection and make that fee but instead he just educated me through what to look for. Such a rare thing nowadays! The kind of company you want to give your business to.
Scott and his K9 Hunter were great! Scott is incredibly knowledgable (NY Times calls him The Bedbug Hunter). Scott started with a thorough inspection of the furniture and bedrooms and explained the signs to look for. On top of that Scott took time out of his busy schedule during 4th of July week when many were not available. Hunter was super focused from the moment he got inside my apartment.
