Wanted to share my experience with Luxury Stone Care AZ that just finished cleaning, sealing, & polishing my travertine floors inside and out! Diego and his crew were amazing from start to finish. The team at luxury stone care has been awesome to work with over the past year. They originally fixed and polished a huge patio and private dining room area at my restaurant making it look better than brand new. They were really great with attention to detail and easy to work with. Couldn’t recommend them more.
Diego is SO GOOD at what he does! He and his team cleaned and sealed tumbled travertine flooring in a large residential Scottsdale project and did an amazing job! As an Interior Designer, I work with trades all day long. Diego is professional, knowledgable, thorough, and detail oriented. He was careful to apply the matte finish sealer that I requested and it looks amazing. I have added Luxury Stone Care to my short list of trusted trades in the greater Phoenix/Scottsdale area.
We called Luxury Stone AZ to see if they could possibly perform a deep clean of our ceramic tile flooring, and then apply a protective sealant on it since our floors attract dirt like a magnet. I spoke to Diego who is the owner and he was very informative as he discussed different options and helping us understand expectations of when he could perform the work. When you install Marble floors you know they require preventative maintenance. We hired Luxury Stone 15-months after installing our new floors. We had some small etchings and a slight but noticeable (to us) dulling of the shine. The floors were not bad but we wanted that mirror shine back. Luxury Stone did not disappoint!
