I highly recommend Bill. He helped us about 8 years ago installing a new water heater and just recently helped us replace the controller on the water heater. I was told by another company that the controller was no longer available and that I'd have to replace the entire water heater at a cost of $2,700. The parts and labor for Bill was about a third of that - he saved us a lot of money!
