Alex and MSI customs recently repaired my Subaru. They were extremely polite and knowledgeable. They took the time to listen to my concerns which seems rare nowadays. Alex quickly diagnosed the issues and even included photos of the parts in question. The pricing was upfront and honest and the job was performed in a timely manor. Roger and his team did an awesome job on my 1972 vw beetle convertible. Came in to get my breaks changed on my 06 A4 and ended up getting both the rotors and breaks done for a really good price. Highly recommend, really good pricing, and quality work. It’s a really good business that puts the customer first and I felt that today with how roger explained to me on the problems I’m facing with the car and the maintenance I need to do to keep it running and in good condition, I will definitely be back and I highly recommend anyone with a Japanese or a Volkswagen car to come check out MSI Customs.
I’m somewhat disabled and needed to safely get to the scooter carrier on the back of my RAV4. Roger and I discussed the problem and he made some suggestions. Then he ordered several different items so that I could choose what I preferred. The work was done in a timely fashion and at a reasonable price. Thank you so much for making my life easier and for not treating like a little old lady who didn’t know what she was talking about.
Roger was INCREDIBLE to work with! So kind, and truly cares for his customers. He is definitely my go to guy for all things VW. He did (and still does) a tremendous job on my 1978 VW Bus! Very knowledgeable and quick! Thank you Roger!!
