They were extremely helpful and responsive. Our pipes froze and blocked up our septic during the weekend, Honey Wagon came as soon as they could and emptied out our septic. Unfortunately we didn't know it caused the pipes to block up until after they left and we tried the pipes, but they came right over to help unclog them. Amazing service, and overall great service and an even more amazing human!! Can't recommend them enough! Thank you for being so caring and coming to aid so quickly. 10/10 1000% recommend!!
Five stars plus! Faster service than a competitor and first-class, personalized service even with 18 inches of snow on the ground and outside temp of -10. Every step was explained fully and my septic system is fully operational again. I would recommend North Star Honey Wagon to be your first choice to respond and solve any septic system problem you may have.
Called them after hours as my septic system had backed up and was coming up a drain in my house. They got a truck here really fast where it didn’t impact us at the house any more. They got the tank cleared and were able to clear the plug verifying that we had good flow and that the system was functioning correctly. Had a great experience with these guys! Very prompt with calling back, scheduling, and service. They were able to get a truck out to my house same-day, and the driver was professional, courteous, and worked really quickly. Its obvious that the team at North Star Honey Wagon care about their customers and they go the extra mile to provide exceptional service. Highly recommend and will be using them again!
