On time--on budget--and a perfect result!
Initially, appointment was on time. However, after removing old doublepained window, it was found that the window replacement's depth was 3/4" instead of the 1" that was needed. I had to wait over a week for replacement. I did not receive call from vendor, appoligizing for the error. I had to follow up with the vendor after 7 days wait to see what the status was on the replacement window. Other than that, I found the installer friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Overall I had a decent experience.
Great company. Great staff he employs.
