I would highly recommend Jeff, the owner of Otech, and his services. I thought I was having an issue with my water heater; he came out to my house and identified that the actual issue was with a faucet. He was prompt to respond, explained the issue, and made recommendations. He was able to fit me into his schedule quickly to help me with the identified issue. His pricing was reasonable, he was trustworthy, and he took care in cleaning up the area after he was done. We will use Jeff at Otech for our future plumbing needs.

As a property manager, I have used Otech on several occasions for my properties' plumbing needs. The one that really had me giving 5 stars is when a home's sewer line backed up. This had caused a lot of damage inside the home. Otech's team was there and had it unclogged within hours. They also put a camera down to assess if there was any damage to the pipe which could have caused the backup and to prevent future backups. I am so thankful for Otech, I had a plumbing issue and a furnace issue in the same week and they saved me twice. The cold water cut-off under the kitchen sink and an old main cutoff valve needed to be replaced. Excellent job on both valves at a reasonable price. While the plumber was there, the furnace failed. On Friday night it was too late to buy the new part, but Monday he came right back and fixed the furnace. And it is better than ever, also at a reasonable price. OTECH came out as promised. Jafar sent 2 guys who were very professional and they took time to do GREAT work to unclog my sewer drain. While there they also unclogged my bathroom sink. I'm very happy with the quality of work. I highly recommend OTECH!
