I have needed several phone repairs over that last several years. Every time I go in there the staff has always been very helpful. They have fixed several issues and charged an affordable rate. Update on phone probs in Scottsboro AL This is an update to my original 1 star review. Not long after Nate returned my phone call where as I asked for a complete refund of the $580 + that I had given him to fix my phone. On the phone he tried to negotiate the price down to $400. I explained that I paid him around $600 and I don’t have a phone that works. I did try to help him out and said $500 and we don’t have to deal with court. My screen was destroyed after my phone took a tumble. They quickly repaired my phone knowing it was an important tool for work!! I will use them again and suggest if you have an issue, you too should use them!!! Thanks guys again!!!!
I broke my IPhone 15 pro. It was pretty bad. The front and back were shattered. I took it here and paid for the screen to be replaced twice. The screen kept failing on one side of the phone. I finally broke down and took it to Apple. The screen should have never been replaced. The housing was bend and the technician at Phone Probs was forcing the screen into the housing. I paid over $350 in screen repairs. It only cost $429 for a brand new replacement phone. Save yourself the hassle and go to Apple. You get what you pay for!
