I have needed several phone repairs over that last several years. Every time I go in there the staff has always been very helpful. They have fixed several issues and charged an affordable rate. I would rather deal with this business instead of my cell provider. Thanks again for my latest repair on 08/18/25.

I broke my IPhone 15 pro. It was pretty bad. The front and back were shattered. I took it here and paid for the screen to be replaced twice. The screen kept failing on one side of the phone. I finally broke down and took it to Apple. The screen should have never been replaced. The housing was bend and the technician at Phone Probs was forcing the screen into the housing. I paid over $350 in screen repairs. It only cost $429 for a brand new replacement phone. Save yourself the hassle and go to Apple. You get what you pay for!

The guys at phone probes got mine and my wife's phones fixed at a reasonable price and they done it in a timely manner and good atmosphere and I would recommend them to everyone. Thank you guys. Phone probes

My screen was destroyed after my phone took a tumble. They quickly repaired my phone knowing it was an important tool for work!! I will use them again and suggest if you have an issue, you too should use them!!! Thanks guys again!!!!

Called about a dropped phone needing the front screen and the back cover replaced. Staff was very knowledgeable and precise with quoting and time table of the repair. Dropped off and picked up the same day! Highly impressed with their service and will keep them in mind for any future phone repair needs!
