Called about a dropped phone needing the front screen and the back cover replaced. Staff was very knowledgeable and precise with quoting and time table of the repair. Dropped off and picked up the same day! Highly impressed with their service and will keep them in mind for any future phone repair needs!
I broke my IPhone 15 pro. It was pretty bad. The front and back were shattered. I took it here and paid for the screen to be replaced twice. The screen kept failing on one side of the phone. I finally broke down and took it to Apple. The screen should have never been replaced. The housing was bend and the technician at Phone Probs was forcing the screen into the housing. I paid over $350 in screen repairs. It only cost $429 for a brand new replacement phone. Save yourself the hassle and go to Apple. You get what you pay for!
Needed a new screen for my Samsung s23. Called around Scottsboro and Fort Payne. They were the least expensive and got to me the same day. Professional, transparent and expedient. Highly Recommended.
I went in there to get a 14 pro screen and 12 pro max screen fixed and they did it all in the same day! wow!!!! highly recommended!!!!
I don’t live locally and I dropped my phone at Home Depot, cracked the screen and it just wouldn’t work, it bit the dust!!! Bit the dust!! I ran over to phone probs and the gentleman there said give him about 1.5 hours and it would be fixed. Sure enough 1.5 hours later, fixed just like brand new.. I can’t recommend this place enough!! Fantastic service!! Thank you for the speedy service and for fixing my device!! And for a great deal $95 for screen replacement for an IPhone 11 Pro Max
