This place was amazing, from the service to the delicious food. Made it for the lunch specials, which were a very good price. Margaritas were huge and also very tasty. And decent priced. It's definitely a great place for Mexican food!!
I recently dined at Plaza Bonita Mexican restaurant and had an absolutely fantastic experience! The highlight of my meal was the Mexican Trio, which included shrimp, chicken, and carne asada. Everything was cooked to perfection and bursting with flavor. This is becoming one of my favorite Mexican restaurants. I love mole but most places add flour, so I can't have t because of my allergy to gluten. Here they make the mole how it's supposed to be made, without flour and not too sweet. Their margaritas are delicious! The atmosphere is great. I was there for Mexican Independence Day and they had mariachi!
First time at Plaza Bonita, but my hubby's been here a bunch for lunch. We showed up around 1:30 pm for a late lunch, and there was still a line! Waited about 10 minutes, though, so not bad. The place is gorgeous inside--every table and chair has these colorful hand-painted designs that totally make you feel like you're in Mexico. Super cool vibe. Be alert the starter size is for sharing, not for one person at least that’s how I understand 😄 huge portion. The service was great! Although they are busy, but they will take care of everyone with patience and smile. If you stay at Red Feather Lodge, you will get discount 10% to eat at this restaurant.
