Really unprofessional tax place to have your taxes amended. The owner was supposed to call us today to tell us what time to go in. Never got the call. We called and no answer. They called us later today and said we missed our appt at 2pm.. it was 2:43 and that the owner was taking a vacation for two weeks. They lied and wasted our time and we didn't even get an apology after waiting so long. And the fact they did even do anything with our taxes this whole time. They're shady, scammers.

Professional Tax & Consulting Services is the best in the High Desert! We have used Desiree to do our taxes for several years now, and she is not only good at what she does, but she is professional and friendly! I have recommended many people to her office, and always with great results for those that I recommended!

I am new with Desiree due to the illness of her partner with whom I have been a client for a number of years. I believe we are moving through the numerous steps I must take each year due to very complicated returns in three states as well as federal. Very pleased with the progress so far and hope we are done within the normal time frame

I was referred to professional by a friend and I can truly say it was well worth it. I get super busy and behind on keeping up with all my stuff, but the way the staff makes themselves available and diligent in their craft is truly awesome.
