I purchased a vintage bear shearling coat that desperately needed cleaning. It was covered with some unknown substance and smelled awful. I sent pics to Ram Leather and they got back to me with a quote that was much less than my local cleaners quoted. Shipped the coat up to Michigan. I am still amazed by what I got back. To start, you have to be buzzed through a gate to enter/exit. Once inside it is not customer friendly. The hours are very short and they vary. I took My Coach vintage Coach bag to be cleaned, polished and strap stretched. The bag was poorly cleaned and polished. The crevices still had debris and dust in them. Also the brass was still tarnished with green calcification on it. They had a rhyme/reason as to why they couldn't do what I requested. It’s not often a business exceeds my expectations. I sent in my “FAVORITE” leather, I’d had for 20 years. It was worn, had an ugly tear on one sleeve and I’d wanted to send it somewhere for years but never got to it so it just hung in my closet. I came across Ram Leather care online and gave it a shot. Destroyed my wedding dress - do NOT send your wedding dress here for cleaning and preservation. They turned it yellow, seems were ripped, texture/shape was altered, and my bustle was ripped out with scissors. Truly horrible work.

I sent my grandfather’s Vietnam hat by mail to be restored at Ram and we were so thrilled with the result! They were wonderful about communicating with me by email during the process. It was not an easy restoration project and they exceeded my expectations. Thank you so much!!
