Destroyed my wedding dress - do NOT send your wedding dress here for cleaning and preservation. They turned it yellow, seems were ripped, texture/shape was altered, and my bustle was ripped out with scissors. Truly horrible work.

To start, you have to be buzzed through a gate to enter/exit. Once inside it is not customer friendly. The hours are very short and they vary. I took My Coach vintage Coach bag to be cleaned, polished and strap stretched. The bag was poorly cleaned and polished. The crevices still had debris and dust in them. Also the brass was still tarnished with green calcification on it. They had a rhyme/reason as to why they couldn't do what I requested. We've used this company after Leather Rich sold their business, I gotta say the two companies are drastically different. We sent leathers and furs in with Ram and it would take months after the initial due date until they finally deliver. Either getting them months later or getting someone else order entirely. I'd say if you MUST use them then what else can you do, but given the choice, go through anyone else.

I purchased a vintage bear shearling coat that desperately needed cleaning. It was covered with some unknown substance and smelled awful. I sent pics to Ram Leather and they got back to me with a quote that was much less than my local cleaners quoted. Shipped the coat up to Michigan. I am still amazed by what I got back. The fur and suede are soft. No leftover stains (including the area I tried to clean myself). The coat looks like new (and smells like new, too!) It’s not often a business exceeds my expectations. I sent in my “FAVORITE” leather, I’d had for 20 years. It was worn, had an ugly tear on one sleeve and I’d wanted to send it somewhere for years but never got to it so it just hung in my closet. I came across Ram Leather care online and gave it a shot.
