I purchased my gmc terrain from them yesterday and the process was quick and easy. I found a few things wrong with the car and they fixed it for free immediately and efficiently. They even knocked some of the price off. They did quite a few things for me that they didn’t have to do and didn’t make me feel pressured to buy the vehicle like I hear most car salesmen do. I don’t remember anyone’s name but you all did a phenomenal job helping a scary transaction go smoothly and I drove away with my dream car so thank you!
I literally just paid $70 for a detail with shampoo.. do not recommend. Won't be back. It's NOT just those two spots.
DO NOT GO HERE. Went Friday to get a tire, had to come back Monday because the tire was bad. Upon leaving, I discovered they broke a lug stud on my car. When I called, I was told it was like that when I got there and they would not fix it and they hung up in my face. Very unprofessional business. Smoking inside the office with customers inside, won't fix issues they cause. 10/10 do not recommend doing business with these people. They are horrible.
My experience at Sals Motors was wonderful. They have an excellent selection of cars to choose from and they have been inspected by their on-site mechanic. Suzanne was very friendly and knowledgeable concerning all of my questions. If you're looking for a good vehicle at the right price stop by Sals Motors!
