Yes they're kinda out there. I just went there for an inspection sticker for a car I had just bought bc he handles those for the dealership I bought from. He was right to do that bc the tint was way too dark to be legal. Also, he told me how to fix it. I did not tell him I have a medical condition that requires me to have extra dark tint. I purchased my gmc terrain from them yesterday and the process was quick and easy. I found a few things wrong with the car and they fixed it for free immediately and efficiently. They even knocked some of the price off. They did quite a few things for me that they didn’t have to do and didn’t make me feel pressured to buy the vehicle like I hear most car salesmen do. I don’t remember anyone’s name but you all did a phenomenal job helping a scary transaction go smoothly and I drove away with my dream car so thank you!
They installed spark plugs wrong on my subaru to remedy a misfire. This led to 2 months of attempting to diagnose a mystery misfire problem that didn't even exist. Don't trust them with a subaru.
